  • Anna Prata, President / CEO

    Ms. Prata is a senior executive with 22 years of leadership in both fortune 500 corporations and start-ups. With extensive experience in business model restructuring, distressed environments, operational and financial turnaround, change management, risk mitigation, cash flow management and process and performance improvement, Ms. Prata has successfully re-built teams and lead organizations resulting in increased profits, revenue and growth.

    Working both domestically and internationally, Prata has a strong talent for building teams that successfully exceed goals. She has had responsibility for international growth and operations, pioneered techniques for business development in Europe. She has successfully restructured, lead change and integration initiatives for both companies and business units within companies. One of Ms. Prata’s exceptional skills is her strategic vision and the ability to understand a company, the market and the industry trends quickly; set a vision and drive the strategy and tactics to accomplish the vision in a timely manner.

    With a strong educational background in law, Prata is an expert in contract negotiation, facilitation and mediation shed has a history of increasing overall deal value during this process.

    Prata has held titles including: Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Information Officer, Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Senior Vice President of Sales, Vice President Strategy, Sales and Operations, Vice President of Sales, General Manager, Dir. of Global Program Management, Dir. of Global Sales and Dir. of International Sales and Business Development.

    Prata’s experience includes organizational and financial restructuring, cultural transformation, change management and growth initiatives structured to shorten complex sales cycles, create new revenue streams, and strategic business development focused on taking companies into new markets, and rapidly positioning them for liquidity events. Ms. Prata is called upon for performance of due diligence for assets and entities for acquisition, as well as risk mitigation for restarts or companies in distress. Prata has merger, acquisition, and fund raising experience as well as entity and asset divestiture. She has a broad and deep experience in numerous industries including: Education, manufacturing, infrastructure software, food, oil and gas, financial services, retail, managed business services, printing, professional services, call-center, real-estate, green and sustainable development, and automotive.

    Ms. Prata received her Law degree from The University of Puget Sound School of Law and undergraduate degree in Public Administration from Seattle University. In addition, Ms. Prata is a skilled and credentialed mediator and certified arbitrator. Additional training includes: Crisis management.     Richard Vinchesi has over 20 years of experience in corporate finance and executive management. Mr. Vinchesi currently advises several technology companies in the Connecticut and New York areas as they seek growth capital, negotiate strategic partnerships and agreements, and explore or pursue sale transactions to strategic and/or private equity buyers.

    Prior to founding Olympic Advisors, Mr. Vinchesi served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer/CFO of several pre-IPO technology companies on both the East Coast and in Silicon Valley.  In these capacities, he negotiated numerous and varied Equity Financing Term Sheets and transactions for Preferred Stock, ranging from Series A through Series F, with numerous venture capital firms and equity capital sources.  As part of these successful financings, he led management teams in the refinement of business strategy and creation of compelling foundational corporate presentations, similar to those done for IPO roadshows, in order to strengthen and sharpen entrepreneurial stories for intended audiences.

    Prior to these Executive Management experiences, Mr. Vinchesi was an Investment Banker at Salomon Brothers in New York, specializing in bringing many first-time issuers to the public equity and debt markets.  Total capital raised exceeded $3 billion in lead-managed transactions. 

    Mr. Vinchesi's industry focus has been centered around the eCommerce / Software / Consumer Products / Database Marketing / Media / Telecom sectors.

    Mr. Vinchesi holds a Masters in Management (MBA) from the J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University, and a Bachelor of Science from the Stern School of Business at New York University.

    Mr. Vinchesi has also served as an Adjunct Professor at New York University, teaching "Principles of Financial Modeling".
